Smashbox ALL EXPOSURE palette

Hello there! Today all of a sudden I felt unbridled desire to make a new post and decided to take some decent, at least I think so, pics for it. It was hard because camera was so heavy and my hands was shaky like never before. Majority of the pics turned out blurry and I almost lied down on the ground and started to crying. But there was also several of them which in my opinion saved this post. 

But I'm not here to write about how hopeless I was, but about this mysterious palette. Full of remarkable nude colors, and amazing nighttime row of shimmery as hell shadows right above :D Just look at them:

The whole palette is made out of plastic, sturdy carton alike thing, and on it it feels like something rubber, I don't know how to explain it but one thing I am sure about is that I feel like a king of the world while holding it. It's pure pleasure to just be in possession of it! The name off the palette is also a nice thing to mention because it's embossed into texture of the lid (is this the right term for this? xD) Also the letters are holographic what makes it cooler than other palettes! :D

But when it comes to using it... Smooth application of matte shades makes it even more divine! I am not sure about those sparkling ones, they seem to be buttery on pictures but they're not! It feels to me like swiping on pressed sand! Something dry and brittle? But on the other hand I have to admit that the brightest of shimmery shadows is different than the others and it's PERFECT for highlighting cheekbones or the face generally, I don't feel the same way on highlighting the eyes. I haven't used the rest of the glittery gang yet so I won't say anything about how they look on lids but the matte ones are amazing! 

What I need to add is that black color in it is my favorite ever! It's very friendly to work with, it doesn't fall off, as with any other matte color in this palette you can build up the effect without making unexpected and hard to blend out spots of color. It never happened to me so that's why I love this palette, at least mattes. 

The palette, as you can see, contains a really good quality brush! I must say. I have washed it a few times already and nothing happened so good for him :3 It's double ended but the other end is divided to two again. I think the black side is to pack on color, although white side is a bit subtler. From the other end grows an ordinary blending brush. But that doesn't change the fact that mi piace questo pennellino molto. I don't know why I wrote it in Italian, somebody help me xD 

Now it's time for some summary, my rate for this whole palette is:

I purchased it at Sephora for 180 zł but original price is 225 zł which is 66 $ or 41 £, It's damn expensive stuff but I don't regret buying it. It's a good choice for a Christmas gift, I'm sure you'll have dream dinner later with your girlfriend or something :D Ok, so that's all I have for this post, now I'm going to repaint my room's walls xDD I plan to share some looks using only this palette so stay tuned! :D
